Agnes Nachtigall was born in Sedalia, AB on January 25, 1933. She passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the age of 82.
Leaving to mourn Agnes is her husband Jacob (Jake); their sons, Gerald, Brian, Ronald; granddaughters, Vanessa and Kimberley. She is also survived by her sisters, Margaret Goerzen, Susan Gregoire, Annie (Ernest) Waldie, Helena (Douglas) McMillan, and her brother John (Dixie) Nachtigall.
Agnes was a devoted volunteer at M.C.C. thrift store. She loved to cook for her family, read as many books as time would permit, played Solitaire in-between and was a faithful gardener.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2015 at FIRST MENNONITE CHURCH CALGARY (2600 Richmond Road SW) at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family by visiting leydens.com .
