Brian passed away suddenly on February 21, 2017 in Calgary after falling ill on January 15, 2017. Predeceased by his parents George and Mary Leib, Brian is survived by brother Doug, and sisters Susan and Linda.
Born and raised in Regina, SK, he attended Central Collegiate and the University of Regina. Brian was an avid hockey and golf fan and player (he played Jr. A hockey ’71-72 with the Regina Silver Foxes).
Brian was also an avid reader. He worked in the hospitality industry at several fine dining establishments for many years in Regina, Vancouver and Calgary.
Brian was kind, generous and caring; he will be fondly remembered by his circle of long-time friends, numerous acquaintances and co-workers.
Brian's friends Perry, Art, Katalin and Scott wish to extend their heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses, EMTs and support staff (ICU) (3rd flr SSB) who provided Brian with their truly professional care.
