Don is survived by his two children and their spouses, Craig (Kim), Jennifer (Jeff), along with five grandchildren, Isabel, Nolan, Mia, Nate, and Amelia. He is also survived by three brothers; Gary, Gerald (Kelly), Andrew (Adonica) and numerous nieces and nephews. Don was also predeceased by his parents, Robert and Matilda Albert.

Our family would like to extend a special thank you to his home palliative care team, everyone from Unit 47 at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, and to the staff of the Agape Hospice for their professionalism, support and comfort for Don and his family during a difficult time.

Memorial Mass to be celebrated on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at ST.
